I have been blessed to hold positions on the Board of Directors, Executive Board of Directors, and even President of a local HBA in the past so I have seen the inner workings of the organization up close and personally. Our local HBAs do a great job of utilizing membership dues to hire incredible staff members, hold events that promote our industry, and champion causes such as the Construction Careers Initiative.
